First day, but feeling pretty good. I have a calorie allowance of 1200 a day, and I plan to do this brisk walk again tonight, maybe twice. I feel awesome, also trying to resist cigarettes. It’s a nasty habit, and I’m ready to be done. I used to have a lot of trouble getting motivated to exercise or eat healthily, but I’ve finally faced my demons and I’m ready to be better.
